REEL Retreat: August 12-13, 2025 – Check-in at the LEAD Scholars Academy Suite at 8:00 am on Tuesday, August 12.

Take advantage of the opportunity to join other LEAD Scholars and LEAD staff in this leadership and community building experience! This hands-on event includes a two-day program at the Warren Willis Retreat Center in Leesburg, Florida. This will be a very interactive leadership development experience (including a low ropes course experience), so bring your enthusiasm and ideas! The cost for the retreat is $110 and includes transportation, food, t-shirt and all activities for the two day experience. After you register for the retreat on Qualtrics, you will be automatically forwarded to a payment portal where you can pay via PayPal.

The purpose of this retreat is to allow LEAD Scholars to build a community, to network with peers prior to classes starting, and to begin enhancing your team building and leadership skills. The retreat registration fills up quickly! We will also have a waiting list in the event that participants cancel. The final deadline is 8/3, but you may contact our office (407-823-2233 or leadscholarsacademy@ucf.edu) after this date to inquire if spaces are still available. The retreat cost includes all transportation, meals, and activities but does not include the early move-in fee.
