Fabian Arcila

Hello! My name is Fabian Arcila, and I am from Caracas, Venezuela. I’m a LEAD and ULEAD Scholar at UCF majoring in Integrated Business with a minor in Leadership Studies. I aspire to join the Professional Selling Program and the President’s Leadership Council next year!

This upcoming fall, I will serve as a Peer Mentor, and I currently serve as the Selections Director for LEAD. I coordinate the application and interview process, lead a team of volunteers, and manage outreach efforts through events, digital flyers, and social media campaigns to promote the program across campus.

Outside of academics, I enjoy photography and cinematography, I literally go out every single week to watch a movie at my local theater. Fun fact: I’m a Level 3 LinkedIn Warrior…yes, that’s a real thing… I’m so excited to be your REEL counselor!
