Ana Laranjeira

Hello, my name is Ana Esther Laranjeira (feel free to call me Ana). I am a peer mentor in the LEAD Scholars Academy and the secretary of the local chapter of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering. I am a very curious person who loves to learn, so one of my goals is to find a career that combines both and has a profound impact on people’s lives. Another thing about me is that I play the acoustic guitar and the soprano and alto recorders. Music helps me center my thoughts and express my faith. This will be my first time as a peer mentor, and I couldn’t be more excited for this new adventure!
