Jason Felts, a Hollywood producer turned entrepreneur, and Alanna Reynolds, a senior intelligence analyst and mental health advocate, also share their expertise. 2025 Keynote Speakers

Dr. Tsiti Hungwe
Dr. Tsitsi Hungwe, a Zimbabwean-American speaker and leadership expert, empowers early professionals navigating career transitions. With years of experience in the dental industry, she inspires others to develop mental resilience. Dr. Tsitsi has delivered keynotes for organizations like the Leadership Experience Tour and University of Michigan Women in Leadership.

Detective Bianca Becker
Bianca Becker, a detective and therapy dog handler with the UCF Police Department, specializes in sex crimes investigations and victim advocacy. She also volunteers for mentorship and Critical Incident Stress Management programs. In 2023, she launched the "Start By Believing" campaign, ensuring proper support for sexual assault survivors.

Coach Linda Gooch
Linda Gooch, a UCF alumna and four-year cheerleader, was inducted into the Florida Sports Hall of Fame in 2024 and the UCF Athletics Hall of Fame in 2022. Leading UCF cheerleading for 41 seasons, she has secured four UCA national championships and numerous top-10 finishes. Gooch was named National Coach of the Year in 2011.

Mr. Alan Gooch
Alan Gooch is the CEO of the Orlando Sports Foundation, which raises funds for cancer research through events like the Cure Bowl. Since 1981, he has served UCF as a student-athlete, coach, administrator, and adjunct professor. Alan is a UCF Athletics Hall of Fame inductee and founder of TIZON Commercial.

Ms. Nadia Wilson
Nadia Wilson is an applications developer at Limbitless Solutions, creating and supporting website maintenance, iOS and Android app development, and supports the creation of new applications. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Jason Felts
Jason Felts, a small-town Texas native, dreamed of Hollywood and founded his own production company at 23. He quickly rose to lead a multi-million dollar entertainment company for Virgin. Despite his success, Jason walked away from the industry, revealing the untold behind-the-scenes stories of his career.

Dr. Franmarie Kennedy
Dr. Franmarie Kennedy is a futurist leader known for using storytelling to drive impact. With experience in Emmy-winning documentaries, national education policy, and various sectors, she transforms organizations and inspires student success. A dynamic speaker, she shares insights on leadership, innovation, and the power of effective communication.

Ms. Alanna Reynolds
Alanna Reynolds is a Senior Intelligence Analyst at Lockheed Martin and a PhD candidate in Security Studies at UCF. A proud UCF graduate, she holds degrees in English, Spanish, and Political Science. Alanna is active in mentoring, mental health advocacy, and community arts, receiving multiple UCF awards, including the 2023 Shining Knights Young Alumni Award.
