The Leadership Week Executive Board plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating the various aspects of Leadership Week. Each board member brings a unique set of skills to ensure the event runs smoothly. Keynote speakers directors oversee the selection of inspiring speakers, while the student leaders luncheon director manages the event that fosters networking among student leaders. The associate director supports the overall planning process, while the executive director leads the board, ensuring all initiatives align with the vision. Volunteer management directors coordinate the recruitment and training of volunteers, while the publicity and hospitality director ensures that the event is well-promoted and provides a welcoming environment. Additionally, the interactive events director curates engaging activities to enhance the participant experience. Together, the board collaborates to deliver an impactful and memorable Leadership Week.
