Leadership Week

Join us at Leadership Week 2026!

Dates: February 16–20, 2026

Since 2000, Leadership Week has been an annual initiative coordinated by the Leadership Week Executive Board and the LEAD Scholars Academy, with support from the LEAD Students Association.

Leadership Week’s purpose is to encourage, recognize, and develop leadership across the UCF community. It features a week of engaging educational programs, keynote events, and leadership development opportunities for students, faculty, and staff.

Leadership Week Programs Include:

  • Keynote Speakers
  • Interactive Workshops
  • Thought-Provoking Lectures
  • Service & Networking Opportunities
  • Educational Programs on Diverse Topics

These events are designed to help participants grow across a wide range of leadership competencies and build a strong foundation for future success.

Leadership Week was created with the intention to nurture future leaders through engaging, inclusive, and inspiring experiences—and this year’s theme takes that mission to the next level.

Leadership Week 2026’s Theme: Retro Future – Building Future Leaders

Why this theme works:
Our 2026 theme, Retro Future: Building Future Leaders, honors tradition while boldly charging into the future—perfectly aligning with the innovative, inclusive spirit of modern leadership. It reminds us that great leaders draw strength from the past while imagining bold possibilities ahead. This theme sparks conversations around change, vision, and impact, making it ideal for the forward-thinking, diverse UCF community.

About the Logo:
Our logo features a horizon where the sun rises over a dynamic skyline—a symbol of growth, vision, and leadership potential. The glowing sunrise represents a leader’s positive influence, lighting the way forward. The buildings, old and new, blend history with future ambition—just like our theme.
