| The Leadership Week Executive Board plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of Leadership Week. Each member brings a unique set of skills to ensure that the event is both impactful and seamless.
The Executive Director leads the board and ensures that all efforts align with the overarching vision, while Associate Directors support the overall planning process, helping bring each initiative to life. The Publicity and Hospitality Director ensures that Leadership Week is well-promoted and welcoming to all participants. The Interactive Events and Luncheon Director manages opportunities for networking and curates activities that enhance the participant experience. The Volunteer Management Director coordinates recruitment, training, and support for volunteers, and the Workshops and Keynote Speakers Director oversees the selection of inspiring speakers and engaging sessions. Together, the board collaborates to deliver a thoughtfully organized and memorable Leadership Week, providing student leaders with opportunities to grow, connect, and be inspired. |
